• We estimate the scope and size of the testing effort for each user story and assess and advise on testability aspects;
• Designing and executing automated and manual tests and to write functional, performance, acceptance tests;
• Working closely with developers is a must in order to report the bugs and let the developers use the system to debug so they can find and fix the problem as quickly as possible;
• Comparing actual results with expected results; where there are differences between actual and expected results, report discrepancies as issues/bugs.

• Installation and configuration of the product FormsRec – used to automatically extract data from documents;
• FormsRec scans all bill of ladings and searches after needed information, such as vessel name, delivered volumes, number of containers, transported items, transport weight, delivery address;
• Our operators review the extracted fields - the incorrect/ incomplete data is entered manually;
• The collected information is used to analyze import/export transactions and create trade statistics for more than 80 countries.

• Installation and configuration of the product FrontCollect Invoice (FCI) – used to automatically extract data from documents;
• FCI scans all the documents and searches after needed information, such as customer, address, ordered items, article number, ordered quantities etc.;
• The information is compared to the supplier master data in the ERP system.
If a full match is not found (incomplete reading results, different spelling or missing information in the supplier data), the incorrect/ incomplete data is entered manually;
• The data collection process cannot exceed 25 minutes after receiving the order.
